First 5 days of RESET done, on to Phase 1

Amazing results this time with the 5-day RESET.  Lost 4 pounds!!  Now the real work begins.

The hardest day for me was day was the 2nd one.  Then, it got easier!  Overall, I've noticed a difference in my energy level, my jeans and the scale. All positive and will keep me going.

What I would recommend is to drink LOTS of water.  It helps keep you feeling full, it removes toxins and waste and clears your skin.  I didn't drink enough on a few days and felt it.

Another thing is that exercise is key.  I've got to put a schedule together to make sure I exercise.  It's not something I go out of my way to do.  If you're like me, follow my journey.

And, I learned how to feel hungry.  I know this is crazy to those of you who don't want to feel hungry or are thin, but when I'm not paying attention to how I feel, I eat no matter what.  Whenever and how much I want (no portion control).  But, when I wait to eat long enough or not eat too much to feel a little hunger and recognize it, that is good.  I feed my body when it's hungry, not when my head says it is time to eat.  I'm NOT saying I was starving or even hungry on this plan.  It is just a new sensation that those of us who eat uncontrollably need to recognize.  I'll go more into this later as I am in Phase 1.
