Week 3 of 5 Week Nutrition Challenge

Good morning!

I am through week 3 of my challenge and have lost another pound!  That makes 7 total. 

What did I learn this week?

Well, that MY biggest challenge is exercise.  Is it the word?  Is it my mindset? Have I not found the kind I like?  What?

Again, as I learn how to RESET my body and keep this weight off for life, I need to learn what works and doesn't work for me.  I need to put my head into my body rather than everywhere else.  For my health, I can certainly carve out 30 minutes of the day, wouldn't you think?  Well, I don't.  I always find something else I "need" to be doing.

I have to put in my head how important this is.  I need to be able to clear my mind of anything I "need" to do and enjoy that 30 minutes.

I did eat a little more this week and kept it in moderation.  Isn't it funny that I have always believed my weight problem was food and it really is exercise?  This is what this is teaching me.

As one of my friends said recently, it's not just for weight, but it's for overall well-being.  Exercise is good for us.  Ok, mind...  get it!
